Our firm, consisting of fourteen lawyers, concentrates its practice in the labor, employment, OSHA and workers’ compensation areas representing employers only. We represent both private and public sector employers. Our education law practice is a significant component of the firm. Greg Scott, Don Scriven, and Bill Wahoff formed Scott, Scriven & Wahoff LLP in January 1995. Greg, Don and Bill were all partners in a large international law firm in the labor and employment practice group and had spent all of their collective 50 years of experience practicing labor law there.
The firm was started because we want to provide excellent employment law, including workers’ compensation, representation and legal advice to employers in a cost-effective and creative manner. Our manageable size, our commitment to representing employers, and our highly qualified attorneys are a combination that allows us to provide unparalleled representation for our clients.
We represent a broad spectrum of employers. Our major clients include leaders in the surface transportation industry in logistics and automobiles, plumbing fixtures, a company in defense and aircraft parts, a famous brand electronics manufacturer, a world leader in package delivery, the largest brewer, a manufacturer of table china accessories, a tire retailer, automobile parts manufacturers, a large biscuit company, and a variety of public sector employers including city, county and township governments as well as boards of education.
